Bowdoin Baking Co. is a small bakery on a wooded lane in Bowdoin, Maine.  It is where Karen Marston, owner and chef, makes fine handcrafted baked goods.  All of the ingredients are the best available including organic flours (whole grain or white with wheat germ added back), fresh organic or spray- free fruits, vegetables and herbs,  hormone-free dairy and butter, freshly ground spices, farm fresh eggs - from local farmers and purveyors.  Every item is “made from scratch”.
